Prosper High School’s lone representative with junior Aubrey O’Connell who finished fourth overall in a time of 17:53.81.

The world of cross country for both boys and girls is very demanding for the athletes and coaches. Beginning in August, if not year round these athletes are up early getting in their miles and then after school working on their pacing.  They are not just long distance runners, but competitors at the highest level.

Most of them will be back representing their schools on the track in the Spring. The commitment begins in the August heat and ends in the cold weather of the Fall. Running mile after mile is a true commitment from true athletes. Congratulations to cross country athletes from Rock Hill and Prosper High School!
