2019 Winter - Soccer Sparks, ages 2-3
Parent-child soccer! By playing fun games, children improve their blossoming balance, coordination and general motor skills. Aside from learning how to dribble and strike a soccer ball, children and parents also get the opportunity to share those first, unforgettable, goal-scoring adventures together.
Soccer Sparks offers age-appropriate soccer classes for kids ages 2 to 12 in a low pressure, high skill learning environment. The Soccer Sparks approach utilizes fun and games so that children develop a passion for soccer without the stress of competitive play. Taught by USSF Nationally Certified coaches, Soccer Sparks’ “all ball” training techniques help kids meet their maximum potential while emphasizing fair play and enjoyment of the sport.

2019 Winter - Youth Tennis Session
Introduce your child to the sport of a lifetime! It’s easy to get started! Rackets are available to borrow, no special tennis attire is required and any kind of athletic shoe works. Programs are led by USPTA certified pros (David Gray-former UNT head coach, Carlos Aguilar-recently ranked #1 in the state in Men’s Doubles. Nick Strohla-national USTA team qualifier, Alexis Thoma-played 15 professional tournaments) along with assistants that are great with kids.
PEE WEE (ages 4-5) & ELEMENTARY (ages 6-9) classes emphasize all 5 basic tennis strokes to build a strong foundation. The focus is on grips, stroke patterns and footwork. Smaller rackets and lower compression balls make learning easier and more fun. Players are typically grouped by age.
10 & UP (ages 10-14) classes are typically divided into 3 levels: players new to the sport, experienced older players and players already competing or on middle school teams. Stroke fundamentals are emphasized, with a greater focus on serving, rallying and actual point play.
NO CLASS on PISD holidays. The class is held on Wednesdays at the Reynolds Middle School tennis courts.
