GAINESVILLE — Westyn Swenson and Andrew Miller had RBI singles in the top of the ninth inning as the Grayson College Vikings outlasted NCTC, 9-7, to sweep a North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference double-header on Friday.


The win pushed the Vikings’ win streak to 11 games. NCTC had tied the game at seven in the bottom of the fourth inning.


Taylor Floyd earned the save in both games.


Miller was 2-for-4 with three RBI and two runs, Seth Mullis was 3-for-6 with a homer, drove in two runs and scored twice, Braydon Webb was 2-for-5 with a double and drove in a run and Jackson Glenn was 2-for-4 and drove in a run for Grayson.


The Vikings started the day with a 5-3 victory powered by a four-run first inning.


Anthony Bernardez was 2-for-3 with a double, walked and scored, Mullis was 2-for-4 and scored, Glenn singled and drove in two runs, Miller drove in a run and scored and Webb drove in a run for Grayson (22-8, 12-4), which hosts Murray State College in a non-conference game at 2 p.m. on Monday at Dub Hayes Field.
