After finishing as the state runner up, the Lady Eagles were expected to dominate the all-district and all-state tournament team list.

Nine Lady Eagles made the District 9-4A All-District team, including two players of the year.

Kaylee Cole was named the district’s defensive player of the year and Meredith Bramer was named the co-hitter of the year.

Bramer and Sydney Riggs were also named to the 4A UIL State All-Tournament Team.

Here are the rest of the Lady Eagles honors:

District 9-4A First Team All District:

Meredith Bramer, Kaylee Cole, Abby Jameson, Kandyce Freeman and Ashley Brown.

District 9-4A Second Team All District:

Kahla Watkins and Sydney Riggs.

District 9-4A Honorable Mention All District:

Maddie Scarbrough and Allie Webb.

District 9-4A Academic All District

Kaylee Cole, Ashley Brown, Meagan Turner, Reagan Jones, Brooke Wright, Meredith Bramer, Maddie Scarbrough, Brittany Wright, Sydney Riggs, Kahla Watkins, Kayla Grudzielanek and Allie Webb.

The Lady Eagles finished the season with a 35-12 record under first-year coach Erin McClanahan.
