The PHS Homecoming parade will be one of the biggest events of fall in Prosper. All floats will be judged, with certificates awarded for first, second, and third place in both Community and School floats. A Grand Marshall award will also be presented with the name of the organization and year placed on a plaque. The plaque will remain at the high school displayed in the Arena.

The deadline to enter a float or group for the parade is noon on Friday, Oct. 4. Entry forms and payment must be received by this date/time. No late entries will be accepted.

The pricing for floats is: School Groups, $25; Cars/Golf Carts, $25; Additional Rides: $25; Trailers up to 20 feet, $50; Trailers 21–35 feet, $75; and Trailers 35 feet and above (includes Semis), $100.

When the form and payment is returned, entries will receive via email an informational packet containing guardian permission forms, a map of the parade route, and pertinent parade information. Please email prosperhomecoming2013@gmail.com with any questions after reviewing the packet.

Enter early, community floats will be limited and participation will be based upon a first-come basis.

The theme for this year is "Igniting the Night… in Prosper."
