Four Prosper High School students competed in the Health Professional Student’s Association (HOSA) state competition in Galveston, Texas.

Allison Swain who won first place in the finals event of Physical Therapy. Swain also qualified for the national competition last year.

Jessica Paul competed in Home Health where she also made it to the final rounds on Friday. In the finals, she placed second in this event and is now a national qualifier. Jessica was the only Sophomore in her final round while all the other students were upper classmen.

Nicole Lopez and Crimson Schwartzkopf competed in Forensic Science where they made it to the final rounds on Friday.

Swain and Paul will be traveling to Nashville, Tenn. in late June for HOSA’s National Competition. They will be competing against students from all over the United States.
