In the early morning hours of March 10, Collin County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Operations team and Prosper Police executed a search warrant at a Prosper home. The search warrant was procured in part due to a tip from the public. Sergeant Bryan Golden of the Prosper Police Department commented on the joint effort between Prosper and Collin County.

“Our guys teamed up,” Golden said. “They all worked together and did a great job.”

Illegal drugs including heroine, cheese, which is a mixture of cocaine and heroine, and marijuana were seized from the home. Three individuals were arrested, two of which have gang affiliations. The investigation is ongoing and as such the names of those involved and the address of the incident are not yet available and more arrests may yet be made.

Both the Prosper PD and the Collin County Sheriff’s Office are grateful to the role that the public played in the discovery of this illegal activity. Prosper PD thanked the public and Collin County on their official Facebook account.

“We always appreciate the help from our community, which is much safer because of this partnership,” Prosper PD said on their Facebook page. “We also want to thank the CCSO for their invaluable support during this operation.”
