From now until Dec. 2, Prosper Commons Good Life will be accepting letters from Prosper children who communicate their wishes, dreams and desires to Santa, and best of all, there’s no postage required. Recreation staff has made arrangements with the North Pole’s postmaster to deliver letters to Santa Claus via Santa Mail. Boys and girls, with help from an adult, are encouraged to visit, click on the Santa Letter form, print the form and fill it out completely. Form letters also will be available onsite.

Completed letters must be dropped off at Prosper Commons Good Life located at 1241 Prosper Commons Blvd, #102. Prosper Commons Good Life is a full-service post office and distribution center near Hwy 380 and Coit Road.

Letters will be accepted until Dec. 2, and can be dropped off Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. A special Santa’s Mailbox is located inside the center.

Boys and girls who fill out the letters, complete with a return address, will receive a reply from the Jolly Old Elf through the regular mail. There is no charge for the letter or the reply.

“We’re excited to add Santa Mail to our recreation line-up,” Recreation Coordinator Julie Shivers said. “We offer this special service in the hope that it adds a little magic to the lives of all our great Prosper kids.”

A handy map to the drop-off location is included when the letter is downloaded.
