Ivanhoe man arrested for murder

<p>TELEPHONE -- Fannin County Sheriff's Office jailed Russell Brandon Lyles of Ivanhoe on a charge of murder.
</p>
<p>According to a press release issued by Sheriff's Office Lt. Darrell Parker, deputies were called to 3459 County Road 2250 at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, with the caller telling dispatch there had been an assault and the victim was possibly dead.
</p>
<p>Michael Davis of Telephone was found dead at the residence, and his body was taken to the Collin County Medical Examiner's office for autopsy.
</p>
<p>As investigators delved into the incident that led to Mr. Davis' death, they found enough evidence to arrest Lyles, Parker said.
</p>
<p>No more information has yet been released, Parker said, and the Texas Ranger service is assisting the sheriff's office with this investigation.</p>
